In the 13 or more years of Night Kitchen I've gotten the chance to do so in so many situations and places and for so many different people. From farms to rooftops to galleries to parks to cramped apartment kitchenettes I’ve cooked in them all. And it is always a joy bringing a good meal to the table.
I am a long time self-taught and recently French Culinary Institute trained cook, and consider cooking to be a life long adventure of learning and discovery. I hope to continue to explore new and old culinary ideas in the years to come.
I am a proud husband to Sophie and father to two awesome daughters.
