The Lofts at Prince offers the amenities of a high-end NYC event space in a neighborhood immersed in culture, fine dining and creativity. We simplify the event planning process for you by providing the essentials like tables, chairs, sofas and more. Our raw event space allows you to customize the look and feel of your event. Plus, we truly have one of the best views in Manhattan, including views of Freedom Tower and the Empire State Building.


Our team is here for you from beginning to end. We set up, clean up and break down. If you require assistance with event planning, day-of coordination, decor, catering, photography or other services, we work with amazing vendors and are happy to accommodate outside vendors.


Historic downtown SoHo is where old world cast iron architecture meets modern luxury and culture. Our event space is surrounded by an impressive collection of some of New York’s best restaurants, shopping and art galleries. It’s not a trip to New York City without a stop in SoHo.


Perfect for small weddings, meetings and events, our venue allows guests to make the intimate loft space as casual or formal as they like. Our size and versatility combined allow us to accommodate almost any event, from romantic rooftop weddings to simple business meetings.


The Lofts at Prince is located not far from attractions like Washington Square Park, The Flatiron Building, and some of the best shopping in Manhattan. Many of New York’s best restaurants and a number of hotels are within walking distance.


Our venue is fully equipped to handle any and all of your audio, presentation and technology needs. Projectors, a sound system, microphones, WiFi and more are included at no additional charge. Our goal is to make planning and executing a successful event as easy as possible.


The Lofts at Prince provides a concierge service to help plan the catering for your event. This service extends from simply recommending vendors to planning every detail of your menu. Outside caterers and alcohol are permitted, and your event includes full use of our kitchens.
